About this project
This project was challenging at first because the homeowner had an odd situation – a wet bar and half bath they wanted to convert into a full bathroom. Once we figured out the best path forward, we also added gorgeous marble tile and brand new closets. - Wet bar and half bath that we combined into a full bath - New tub and shower - Marble tile - New vanity - Plumbing and toilet - New electrical - New closets - Epoxy floors

Opened Up the Kitchen
The vision here was big. Our client needed to completely open up their kitchen, lower the cieling, and renovate top to bottom. The final outcome is spacious and visually striking. - Raised the ceiling in the kitchen to match the dining room - Took down wall dividing kitchen and dining room - New cabinets (worked with ub kitchens) - New countertops - New tile flooring - Moved washer and dry to accommodate for bigger laundry room with pantry shelving - Added brick around opening into kitchen - Added brick around pillars - New windows - New lighting in kitchen - New electrical panel - Added ev charger in garage
