Wow. What a project and what a turnout! The owners could not be happier with how this turned out. They wanted more comfortable, beautiful community and guest spaces for visiting company. One of my favorite aspects is the working vintage wood-burning stove in the kitchen! - Kitchen & Dining room - Raised the ceiling about 3 feet off the separation wall - New wood panel ceiling - New lighting - New sheetrock in the ceiling - Paint - Living room - Tongue and groove wood ceiling - Hand built stair railing - Demo’d wall by the front door - Fireplace wall completely rebuilt - All new floor tile - Brand new front door - New lighting - Hung television - New mantle - Guest bath - Custom built vanity - New mirrors, sinks, lighting - Added a window in the bathroom - New shower tile - New flooring - Half bath - Paint - Electrical - New mirror, lighting - New door - Guest bedrooms (not shown) - New flooring - Paint

Massive Shower Remodel
- Took out tub and converted to curb less walk in shower - Replaced with marble tile on walls and floor in shower - Installed frameless shower glass door - Removed shower and turned into linen closet - Added new custom cabinets(new vanities, storage cabinet on wall) - New cabinet doors and trim in bathroom linen cabinet to match others - New countertops - Installed new tile throughout main area - New plumbing fixtures - New recessed can lights in main area of bathroom - New recessed can lights in shower - Added a heated towel warmer on wall - Under cabinet lighting on a motion switch

An Airy, Modernized Kitchen

Opened Up the Kitchen
The vision here was big. Our client needed to completely open up their kitchen, lower the cieling, and renovate top to bottom. The final outcome is spacious and visually striking. - Raised the ceiling in the kitchen to match the dining room - Took down wall dividing kitchen and dining room - New cabinets (worked with ub kitchens) - New countertops - New tile flooring - Moved washer and dry to accommodate for bigger laundry room with pantry shelving - Added brick around opening into kitchen - Added brick around pillars - New windows - New lighting in kitchen - New electrical panel - Added ev charger in garage
